Attire is athletic casual: shorts, leggings, moisture wicking t-shirts, etc. are acceptable. Tennis shoes are not needed, as shoes are not worn on the mat. Apparel may not have studs (like on jeans), sharp edges, or abrasive material that might injure someone or damage the training mat.
Registration fee is $199 for this 8 week course in San Juan, PR happening every Saturday from 10:00 -11:00 AM starting April 6, 2024.
