Join Professor Leonardo Xavier at LX Jiu-Jitsu & Self-defense for a 2-hour headlock defense seminar Saturday February 11, 2023 from 10 am to noon CST. This event is intended for men, women and youth from the general community, existing students, the surrounding jiu-jitsu community of practitioners, first responders, and jiu-jitsu and self-defense instructors interested in furthering their own skill set with fine tuning elements of the Invisible Jiu-Jitsu developed by the legendary Master Rickson Gracie.
Attire: General sportswear apparel such as gym shorts, leggings, t-shirts, etc as long as there are no metallic, sharp or abrasive materials that could injure someone or damage the mat.
