Professor Leonardo Xavier will be instructing a Weapons Defense Course Saturday, July 9th from 10 am to noon. Learn from one of the foremost self-defense instructors in the world. This course gives you an excellent introduction to basic weapons defenses against handguns, knives, and clubs. It is designed for anyone to attend with or without experience in martial arts. No uniform is required. However, a black T-shirt is preferred. We would like to encourage any adult to attend whether it be an individual looking for self-protection, a parent looking to better protect their family, a law enforcement officer seeking more efficient and safe ways to disarm and control an assailant, or church and professional security personnel.
A student promotion ceremony will be held afterwards at 12:30 pm for students (seminar attendance not required).
